• Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Terms - Net 30 days to credit-approved accounts. Credit may be granted only after a completed credit application is submitted.

• Freight Policy - All shipments are FOB Houston, TX unless otherwise noted. If a Free Freight Promo is applied to an order, Harper Supply, LLC. will be responsible for REGULAR delivery charges ONLY. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping options (lift gate at delivery, call before delivery, inside delivery, rerouted package delivery, etc.).
• Returned Goods - No returns accepted without prior authorization from Harper Supply, LLC. Claims or adjustments of any kind must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
• Special-Order & Non-Stock Items - Harper Supply is happy to assist customers with sourcing and procuring products outside our standard inventory. Special-Order and non-stock items are purchased specifically for the requesting customer and require payment at the time the order is placed. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier,it is non-cancelable and non-returnable unless otherwise authorized by Harper Supply. Applicable freight, handling, expedited shipping, hazardous material charges or other supplier imposed costs may be included in the final order total.
